Make the Change

Eat less and move more.   Simple?   Eat small meals.  Set goals.   Select the right foods.   Start with breakfast.  Remember to eat fruit.  Put down the fork between bites.  Use a smaller plate.  Sleep more.  Breath.  Think about quality and not quantity.  Strength train.  Drink tea.  Use portion control.  Be good to ourselves.
